I was traveling yesterday and didn’t get home until midnight, so I didn’t get to watch the game or write anything about it. It might be better that way. Yesterday’s game was nothing short of depressing. It’s hard to point to a game on the schedule right now that it feels like the Tennessee Titans have an actual chance of winning.
Titans vs. Eagles opening odds
No shot I’d put any money on the Titans
This week is certainly not a game the Titans have a chance of winning. They opened as a 7-point underdog at FanDuel Sportsbook to the Philadelphia Eagles. I’m pretty surprised that isn’t a double-digit number. The Titans showed nothing on Sunday that gives me any confidence that they can stay within a touchdown of the Eagles.
All offseaosn, I preached the importance of staying paitent with this team. Now, I need someone that can talk me off the ledge. It would have been different if there were even one thing from the game yesterday to get excited about. There wasn’t. The team looked just as hopeless as they did last season.
Happy Monday!
